shoe fittings

Our staff is trained in offering fittings for free with purchase. Customers who wish to be fitted without purchasing their shoes will be charged the standard $25 fitting fee. We appreciate your cooperation and as our small business continues to help dancers find their perfect fit!

in-store returns + exchanges

En Arabesque accepts returns for store credit or exchange within 15 days from date of item(s) purchased. Items must be in excellent new condition and cannot be worn, washed or tampered with all tags still attached. Shoes must be unworn, un-sewn, unsoiled and in their original new condition in their bag or box. A receipt or proof or purchase is required.


We do not accept returns on tights, undergarments, toe spacers, gel tips, hair products, makeup or earrings due to sanitary reasons.


All discounted and clearance items are final sale (no refunds, exchanges or store credit) as well as holiday themed purchases after the holiday has passed.

items in question + mailed returns

We may request an Authorized Return on any item. In-store returns requiring an Authorized Return from management should be left at any En Arabesque location of preference for further inspection. Management will contact you by phone and/or email to approve or decline the return request within five business days of receiving the item(s) in question.

Once an item in question is reviewed and approved, you will receive store credit for the sale purchase. Mailing, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


exchanges by default

if you find that an item is defective due to a manufacturer default, we will gladly collect it to exchange or offer store credit if it is not replaceable at that time. Please note that our inventory changes daily but we will do our best to replace the item. In the case that the merchandise is discontinued by the manufacturer, store credit will be issued to your account. Discounted and clearance purchases are "as-is" condition and cannot be returned.

gift certificates + gift purchases

Gift certificate purchases are final and cannot be reissued if lost.


Please tell the sales associate if items are being purchased as gifts. Gifts in your possession may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items unmarked as gifts will be refunded in the form of store credit to the purchaser.

orders + special orders

Regularly stocked and special order items must be paid in full at the time of  ordering.

Special orders are final sale.
